Terms:
The Client
understands that the Villa comes fully equipped
for use and that a before and after maid service
is included.
All charges
pertaining to the Villa including electricity,
gas and water are included in the rental price.
We expect a 50%
payment for a booking of two weeks or more. A
one week booking is usually paid in full.
Damage Deposit
The Villa comes
fully equipped for use and a before and after
maid service is included. We may also require a
deposit of �500,
or equivalent
which will be refundable on arrival home.
It is important to point out that your must
leave the property in a reasonable clean and
tidy order. Please note that if
there is excessive cleaning or damage to the
Villa part or all of your deposit may be
withheld. We take no responsibility for any
aspect of your stay in Spain other than the use
of the Villa for the agreed time..
